Great Wall Motors Partners with Mianbi Intelligent for In-depth Cooperation in AI

The two sides will conduct in-depth cooperation on the research and application of large model technology in the automotive field.

Great Wall Motors introduced that the purpose of this cooperation between the two sides is to focus on the AI large model technology and data accumulation of Great Wall Motors, and with the full-stack ability of Mianbi Intelligent in the research and application of end-side large models, to carry out product integration and innovation with multiple technical stacks of Great Wall Motors, accelerate the landing of Great Wall Motors' large model technology in the automotive field, and provide new technical impetus for the development of Great Wall Motors' smart travel and user services.

TapTechNews learned from public information that Mianbi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established in August 2022 and received nearly 10 million in seed round financing, and completed tens of millions in angel round financing in March 2023. Mianbi Intelligent is headquartered in Beijing, mainly delving into the field of general AI, focusing on the technological innovation and application transformation of large models. The company's CEO, Li Dahai, was once the CTO of Zhihu, and the co-founder, Liu Zhiyuan, is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science of Tsinghua University and a young scientist of Zhiyuan.

In April this year, Mianbi Intelligent announced the completion of a new round of hundreds of millions of yuan in financing, led by Chunhua Venture Capital and Huawei Hubble, followed by the Beijing Municipal AI Industry Investment Fund and others, and Zhihu continued to follow up and support as a strategic shareholder. This is the first time that Huawei Hubble has invested in a domestic AI large model company.
