Corsair previously launched the 1TB version of the MP600 MINI solid-state drive, which uses the Phison PS5021-E21T controller.

The sequential read and write rates of this controller have an upper limit of 5000/4500 MB/s, and in terms of random reading and writing, it is 800K/950K IOPS. The MP600 MINI 2TB version has significantly broken through the theoretical value of the Phison E21T.

In addition, The SKU format of the MP600 MINI 2TB has also changed: the SKU for 1TB is CSSD-F1000GBMP600MN, and the 2TB version is CSSD-F2000GBMP600MNR2, with R2 added at the end.

Combined with these two factors, it can be judged that Corsair has updated the controller of the MP600 MINI 2TB version.

According to the German media ComputerBase, The controller used by the MP600 MINI 2TB still comes from Phison, but has been updated to E27T.

The speed of the MP600 MINI 2TB is indeed roughly equivalent to that of many previous 2TB solid-state drives using the E27T controller.

The MTBF duration of the MP600 MINI 2TB version is 1.5 million hours and has a warranty write volume of 1200 TB.
