AMD Releases New Radeon PRO W7900 DS Workstation Graphics Card

TapTechNews June 3rd news, AMD has released a new product - Radeon PRO W7900 DS workstation graphics card, which is a new model of the Pro W7900 series. DS means Dual Slot. It is thinner than the original version.

Radeon Pro W7900 DS is specifically designed for multi-GPU architectures in workstations. As AI graphics processing tasks become more and more complex, integrating multiple GPUs into a single system has become the choice of more and more users.

W7900 DS is equipped with a complete Navi31 GPU with 6144 stream processors, and also has the same 48GB GDDR6 ECC video memory as the original 2.5-slot design. The card has the same 28-centimeter length and even has the same 295 W TBP.

AMD also updated its ROCm platform to version 6.1 and added support for Radeon PRO W7900 DS.

W7900 DS has a retail price of $3499 (TapTechNews note: currently about 25403 RMB). which is lower than the original W7900's initial price of $3999.
