TapTechNews May 21st news, HP released the "world's thinnest 26-hour battery life AIPC" OmniBook X and EliteBook Ultra G1q laptops in the early morning today, equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor.
Both laptops are equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite X1E-78-100 processor, and optional 16GB/32GB memory. They are actually the same mold with differences in detailed configuration. The power button and Fn function key area adopt a contrasting color design, and there is a blue AI logo on the wrist rest.
TapTechNews previously reported that this is the return of HP's OmniBook series laptops after a 22-year absence. The national 3C certification information shows that its domestic market name may be "HP Dragonfly Series High-End Thin and Light Business Laptop Snapdragon Version".
In addition, the new machine also comes with configurations such as a 59Wh battery, a 2.2K 300-nits IPS screen, and a 5 million-pixel IR camera.
The laptop provides two USB Type-C ports on the left side, one of which is a USB4 port with a 40 Gbps speed; on the right side, it provides a USB Type-A port and a 3.5mm audio output port.
The HP OmniBook X14 laptop will be officially released on June 18th, with a starting price of 1199.99 US dollars (TapTechNews note: currently about 8676 yuan) ; the EliteBook Ultra 14 G1q is priced at 1699.99 US dollars (currently about 12291 yuan).
