TapTechNews May 18th news, Roland Quandt, a journalist from the German tech media WinFuture, unearthed more detailed information about the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge (Pro) notebook today.
The PDF file on the Samsung official website lists three models:
Galaxy Book4 Edge: 14 inches, 12-core processor, 16GB + 512GB
Galaxy Book4 Edge: 16 inches, 12-core processor, 16GB + 512GB
Galaxy Book4 Edge Pro: 16 inches, 12-core processor, 16GB + 1TB
It is not yet clear what the differences will be in other peripheral configurations of the Pro version.
The journalist also unearthed the official promotional pictures of Samsung:
The leaked image confirms that the Galaxy Book4 Edge series notebooks are equipped with the Snapdragon XElite processor, and the NPU computing power is up to 45 TOPS; the 16-inch version has a built-in 61.8Wh battery, and the battery life for local playback of 1080p videos in flight mode at 150 nits is 22 hours.
For reference, the battery life of this test for the Galaxy Book4 Pro 16-inch notebook with the Core Ultra processor and 76Wh battery is 21 hours.
TapTechNews noticed that both USB Type-C interfaces of this computer are confirmed to be USB4 specifications.
