TapTechNews August 10th news, the tech media WccFtech released a blog post yesterday (August 9th), reporting that in the latest GFXDRM log file, a new Intel ArcBattlemage graphics card was discovered, confirming key specifications such as the number of Xe2 cores.

According to the log file, the Intel ArcBattlemage graphics card uses the e20b device ID, runs the 14.01 display version, and the sample is regarded as a Xe2-HPG component, adopting the G:A0/M:A1 stepping.

Based on the GuC parameters, the chip has a maximum of 14 Xe2 cores, which should point to the BMG-G21 chip. It is said that the maximum Xe2 core of this chip is 16. TapTechNews quoted media reports that the chip has two rated frequencies, one is 1500 MHz and the other is 1800 MHz.

In terms of video memory, the Intel ArcBattlemage graphics card has a total of 6 DRAM channels, 32 bits per channel, and a total of 192 bits.

This configuration has 12GB VRAM and should run the standard GDDR6 module. The video memory speed is 19 Gbps, which is consistent with the listed DCLK and the peak memory bandwidth of 456.00 GB/s.

For comparison, the video memory speed of Intel's previous-generation ArcAlchemist is 17.5 Gbps, but the bit width is 256 bits.
