Chinese Liquor Company Adjusts Prices of Tianhua Wine and Focuses on Export Supply

TapTechNews reported on May 13th that the miraculous Tianhua wine, which sells for over 50,000 yuan and was exposed on the 2024 CCTV 315 Gala, has standard packaging priced at 5860 yuan and premium packaging priced at 58600 yuan. Recently, Qinghai Chun Tian Medicinal Resources Technology Co., Ltd. issued a notice adjusting the standard packaging price of Tianhua wine to 3989 yuan/bottle starting from May 9th. In addition, the company announced the implementation of quota supply for Tianhua wine starting from May 9th. The company also announced the suspension of domestic sales of Tianhua premium packaging series products (priced at 58600 yuan/bottle) and focused on export supply. The premium packaging series products have been favored by high-end customers domestically and internationally since their launch, but due to the complex craftsmanship and high requirements for raw materials, the production volume has been limited. In order to accelerate the internationalization of Chinese liquor, the company decided to suspend the domestic sales of Tianhua premium packaging and focus on export supply to promote Chinese liquor to the world and lead the globalization trend of Chinese liquor. Partners are requested to stop submitting new orders for Tianhua premium packaging series products and sell existing inventory reasonably. The premium packaging series products can be displayed in experience stores, but not for sale. Since 2020, the high-end commercial liquor Tianhua wine has appeared in the consumer market, and its presence has been widely seen in the past 3 years. The high price of 5860 yuan for standard packaging and 58600 yuan for premium packaging is surprising. According to the CCTV 315 Gala report, a Tianhua wine experience store claimed that the wine has various effects such as enhancing immunity, improving sleep, ensuring male erectile function, regulating physiological disorders, and anti-aging. The advertising violates the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China, which prohibits alcohol advertisements from implying effects such as relieving tension, anxiety, and increasing physical strength. According to the official website of Qinghai Chun Tian Medicinal Resources Technology Co., Ltd., the company resumed group purchases on April 10th and reopened stores on April 24th after completing the first phase of self-examination and rectification.
