Alef Company to Mass-Produce Model A Flying Car in 2025 with 3200 Orders
TapTechNews September 21, it was reported by the automotive media carscoops yesterday (September 20) that Alef Company plans to mass-produce the Model A flying car in the fourth quarter of 2025, with a price of 300,000 US dollars (TapTechNews note: currently about 2.117 million yuan).
Alef Aeronautics is headquartered in California, USA, and launched the Model A flying car last year. Many people scoffed at this idea, believing that Model A is another illusory product that will never hit the road (or the sky).
However, Alef announced that the company has currently received 3200 orders and has obtained a special airworthiness certificate issued by the US Federal Aviation Administration.
Alef also said that it has signed agreements with PUCARAAero and MYC to produce aviation-certified components for it. TapTechNews note: These two companies, PUCARAAero and MYC, produce various parts for civilian and military aircraft, helicopters, and drones, and are suppliers to Boeing and Airbus.

As the number of pre-orders continues to increase and the final design approaches, Alef begins to sign agreements to prepare for the mass production of Model A.
Safety is our top priority, so we chose PUCARAAero and MYC because their safety records are impeccable and meet the requirements of major aviation regulatory agencies.
Alef hopes to start production of Model A in the fourth quarter of 2025 and begin deliveries shortly thereafter. The company also plans to launch a second flying car, the Model Z, which may cost as little as 35,000 US dollars.
