Kia EV4 Hatchback Spotted on Nürburgring, Set to Compete with BYD Seal and Others
TapTechNews September 21, it was reported yesterday (September 20) by the automotive media carscoops that a Kia EV4 hatchback was spotted on the Nürburgring track and relevant photos were shared.
Kia showcased the concept car EV4 last October and will launch it in both hatchback and sedan forms. After its launch, it will compete with BYD Seal, Tesla Model 3, and MG4 hatchback.
The exposed EV4 hatchback prototype photos show that the side cladding has been peeled off, revealing flush door handles and angular side windows.
In terms of power, it is said that the EV4 hatchback will adopt the same E-GMP platform as Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis. It may be equipped with battery packs of 58.3 kWh and 81.4 kWh. The basic model will have a maximum power of 201 horsepower, while the higher-power dual-motor model will be equipped with a more powerful battery pack.
