10-meter-class all-in-one mobile energy storage vehicle

Xin旺达 launched the industry's first liquid-cooled, 10-meter-class mobile energy storage vehicle with the world's largest capacity, Xin Ji Yuan. This vehicle adopts Xin旺达's self-developed and self-produced 12000-cycle energy storage-specific 314Ah battery cell. The energy of the energy storage vehicle can reach 2 MWh, and it is configured with an 800 kW PCS. Compared with a mobile energy storage vehicle with a 500 kWh battery pack and a 60 kW power under the same size, the capacity is increased by 300%, and the power is increased by 220%.

At the same time, This is the first time in the industry that liquid-cooling technology is applied to the mobile energy storage vehicle system, with one cluster and one management and PACK-level fire protection.

In addition, the working temperature range of the Xin Ji Yuan mobile energy storage vehicle is -30°C to 55°C, which is suitable for various climates and scenarios. Based on various needs of non-stop and uninterrupted power operations, Xin Ji Yuan can be applied to grid non-stop power operations, emergency rescue power supply, power guarantee for major events, high-speed services during peak hours, road rescue and other mobile charging, as well as temporary construction power consumption and other scenarios.

TapTechNews learned from the exhibition that Xin旺达's mobile energy storage vehicle has been sampled and will be mass-produced and launched in Q3.

The new generation of 625Ah super large storage battery cell

Xin旺达 simultaneously launched the Xin Yue energy storage-specific battery cell. The capacity of the battery cell can reach 625Ah, and the energy density exceeds 430 Wh/L, which is an increase of more than 8.8% compared to the 314Ah battery cell.

The single battery cell has a capacity of two kilowatt-hours. When used in a 20-foot container, the energy reaches 6.5+ MWh, which is more than 30% higher than 5 MWh.

The Xin Yue battery cell is claimed to achieve a 15000-cycle lifespan, 3-5 years of flexible zero attenuation, and a 25-year service lifespan, with a total life cycle cost reduction of over 13%.

Through the AI flash stacking technology of Xin Yue, the energy density is increased by 5%, without R-corner stress risk and without cycle deformation risk; it adopts the thermoelectric separation technology and three-dimensional heat dissipation technology.

The Xin Yue 625Ah super large storage battery cell is customized for the 2000V high-voltage system and will be delivered globally in 2025.
