WeChat Update Service Account Messages Folded, Solution Provided

TapTechNews noticed that Tencent Customer Service now provides a solution for the folding of service account messages: Users can choose to pin the commonly used service accounts on top, after pinning, the messages and notifications of this service account will not be included in the 'Service Account'. Among them, the service account provides enterprises and organizations with stronger business services and user management capabilities, mainly biased towards service interaction (similar functions to 12315, 114, banks, providing binding information and service interaction).
