Lantu Zhiyin Global Version to be Released Overseas in Mid-September
TapTechNews August 10th news, Li Boxiao, the assistant general manager of Lantu Automobile, revealed at an event today that the Lantu Zhiyin global version model will be officially released overseas in mid-September.
Based on the ESSA intelligent electric architecture and the 800V silicon carbide platform, Lantu Zhiyin is equipped with 5C cell ultra-fast charging technology, able to achieve a maximum cruising range of about 559 miles. Previously, the official disclosed that the new car will be officially released in the third quarter and plans to be exported to overseas markets in the future.
In terms of appearance, Lantu Zhiyin adopts the latest design language of the Lantu brand, and the overall styling design is more fashionable. The new car will be equipped with a new-generation intelligent cockpit and match the VCOSGPT large model, and its AI voice interaction and perception execution are faster and more in place.
In terms of power, Lantu Zhiyin is equipped with the latest-generation Lanhai Power independently developed and matches the new-generation Amber battery. The electric drive system of its 800V high-efficiency electric drive system has an electric drive working condition efficiency of up to 92.5%.
TapTechNews noted that Lantu Zhiyin had already completed the declaration on the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The length, width and height are 4725/1900/1636 (1653) mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2900mm, positioned as a midsize SUV.
The information declared by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shows that the new car will provide two versions of single-motor and dual-motor, and be equipped with 77/109 kWh battery packs. The single-motor model with a 77 kWh battery has a CLTC cruising range of 625 km, and the dual-motor four-wheel drive model has a CLTC cruising range of 570 km; while the single-motor model with a 109 kWh ultra-long cruising range has a CLTC cruising range of up to 901 km.
