Xu Qi stated that realme has services such as a 30-day phone exchange period that is twice the mainstream industry standard, free film application four times a year, free labor cost for after-sales maintenance, and spare phones provided comprehensively for both online and offline maintenance. On the realme service day from the 16th to the 22nd of each month, free film application is provided on-site and not counted in the number of times.
