realme Expands Service Outlets in China

TapTechNews August 12th news, Xu Qi, the president of realme in the Chinese region, announced that realme has built over 400 service outlets and covered 95% of prefecture-level cities.

He disclosed that by the end of this year, it will be expanded to 500 service outlets to achieve 80% coverage of university towns.

Xu Qi stated that realme has services such as a 30-day phone exchange period that is twice the mainstream industry standard, free film application four times a year, free labor cost for after-sales maintenance, and spare phones provided comprehensively for both online and offline maintenance. On the realme service day from the 16th to the 22nd of each month, free film application is provided on-site and not counted in the number of times.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, Xu Qi announced in 2023 that realme's after-sales service will undergo a comprehensive strategic upgrade, with the goal of achieving 100% coverage of prefecture-level cities for service outlets, an average repair time of less than 3 days, and fingerprint-free delivery.
