FAW's 9 Millionth Liberation Truck Rolls Out, J7 Technology Platform Released

At the event of the 60 millionth vehicle and the 9 millionth Liberation brand truck roll-out of China FAW held today, the 'J7 Pioneer Technology Platform' created by FAW Liberation after 3 years was also released simultaneously.

According to the introduction, this platform is for the efficient trunk line logistics transportation scenario, custom-made for the upcoming Liberation J7 Pioneer Edition heavy truck, breaking through 16 core technologies, and standard with L2-level intelligent driving system, which has been verified by cumulative 20 million miles of real user scenarios.

TapTechNews learned from public data that from January to June this year, the cumulative vehicle production of FAW Liberation reached 143,300 vehicles, an increase of 4.11% year-on-year; the cumulative vehicle sales reached 151,800 vehicles, an increase of 15.4% year-on-year. Among them, the sales of medium and heavy trucks reached 123,600 vehicles, an increase of 10.1% year-on-year, and the market terminal share reached 26.1%, firmly ranking first in the industry; the sales of new energy vehicles exceeded 8,400 vehicles, an increase of 139.6% year-on-year, setting a new historical high.
