The new car to be released this time is the resurrection work of Honda's early classic two-door sports car Prelude. Prelude was once pursued by people from all walks of life with its four-wheel steering and high-rev VTEC engine. The car has quite smooth lines and a very dynamic body.
The details of the car's power unit have not been disclosed yet, but it will be equipped with the e:HEV hybrid system, and the engine displacement may be the same as that of the Civic and the new Accord (2.0 liters four-cylinder). The developers revealed that it will be more sporty than traditional models and is likely to evolve further.
According to TapTechNews' previous report, the foreign media BestCar once predicted that the listed price of this car would be 4.2 million to 4.5 million yen (currently about 190,000 to 204,000 yuan), and it is expected to be released around the second half of 2025.
