Ochama has provided door-to-door delivery services in 24 countries and operates more than 800 pickup points in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France, as well as more than 1000 self-service lockers in the Netherlands and Belgium regions, and has launched same-day pickup service in some areas of the Netherlands.
