Leapmotor's Sales Outlook Expected to Break Records and Aim for World-Class Status

TapTechNews October 9th news, Leapmotor yesterday showed an internal speech video of its chairman Zhu Jiangming, revealing that Leapmotor's October sales are expected to break records again, and may reach a new high of 38,000 units.

Zhu Jiangming also said in the video that Leapmotor's future goal is to achieve a monthly sales of 300,000 units and an annual sales of 4 million units, becoming a world-class electric vehicle enterprise. As for why the goal is an annual sales of 4 million units, Zhu Jiangming said that annual sales of 4 million is the threshold of the top ten.

Zhu Jiangming disclosed that the current sales of T03 account for about 21% of Leapmotor's total sales, while nearly 80% of the sales belong to the C series.

For the outlook for next year, Zhu Jiangming requires that the established goal for next October is to achieve a monthly sales of 60,000 to 70,000 units, doubling compared to the same period this year.

TapTechNews previously reported that Leapmotor delivered 33,767 new vehicles in September, an increase of 113.7% year-on-year, continuing to set a new monthly delivery record; the cumulative total in the first three quarters was 172,861 units, an increase of 94.6%.

At present, Leapmotor C10 and T03 are on sale in 13 European countries including France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland and the UK. In the fourth quarter of 2024, Leapmotor's global sales channels will reach 350, of which there are more than 200 in Europe.
