Aouita Announces World's First CATL Shenxing 4C Super Extended-Range Hybrid Battery

The official introduced the battery information of two different specifications of 39 kWh and 52.4 kWh, which TapTechNews summarizes as follows:

39 kWh Shenxing super extended-range hybrid battery: The peak charging rate is 3C, claimed to be the highest in the same class, and the charging time from 30% to 80% is 15 minutes. It has a CLTC pure electric range of 245 kilometers and a CLTC comprehensive range of 1152 kilometers.

52.4 kWh Shenxing 4C super extended-range hybrid battery: The peak charging rate is 4C, claimed to be the highest for extended-range, and the charging time from 30% to 80% is 10 minutes. It has a 325 kilometers CLTC pure electric range and a CLTC comprehensive range of 1220 kilometers.

The official said that the Aouita Kunlun intelligent extended-range released today has the characteristics of strong power retention and greater safety. As long as there is still a drop of oil, the electricity will not be exhausted; the battery safety reaches the PPB-level one billionth, and the thermal runaway detection can accurately predict. In addition, this technology can also achieve energy lossless: the engine, generator, and drive motor are directly connected coaxially, claiming the highest oil-electric conversion coefficient in the same class, and there is no limit to travel in all seasons and all regions.

It is known that Aouita 07 will be the first to launch the Kunlun extended-range technology, and the two already-released models 11 and 12 will also successively launch extended-range versions.
