Changan Mazda EZ-6 to Kick Off Pre-sale Soon with Multiple Versions

TapTechNews September 22nd news, Changan Mazda announced that on September 19th, the first batch of MAZDA EZ-6 (hereinafter referred to as EZ-6) was officially shipped from the Changan Mazda Nanjing factory and will arrive at dealer stores in the next few days. On September 28th, EZ-6 will officially kick off pre-sale in the official live broadcast room of Changan Mazda.

TapTechNews noted that EZ-6 has already come off the production line at the Nanjing factory on July 17th, and will launch two power versions: pure electric and extended-range. The vehicle is equipped with 4 million-pixel high-definition panoramic cameras and 12 high-performance ultrasonic radars.

This new car has been unveiled at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show. The cockpit is equipped with a full LCD instrument panel, a 14.6-inch floating central control screen, and a two-spoke multi-function steering wheel. Depending on the version, the car also provides configurations such as Sony audio, 64-color ambient lights, zero-gravity seats, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip.

According to the declaration information, the length, width, and height of the Changan Mazda EZ-6 model are 4921/1890/1485 inches (approx. 125 meters/0.48 meters/0.38 meters), and the wheelbase is 2895 inches (approx. 0.73 meters). In terms of power, the pure electric model of Changan Mazda EZ-6 is equipped with a single motor with a maximum power of 190 kilowatts and is matched with a lithium iron phosphate battery; the extended-range model is equipped with a 1.5-liter extender with a maximum power of 70 kilowatts, and the peak power of the motor is 160 kilowatts.
