The product 'Mijia Xiaomi Electric Fan BPTS01DM' sold in the 'Xiaomi Official Flagship Store' has infringed on our company's related patents. The principal of this infringing product is 'Xiaomi Communication Technology Co., Ltd.', and the manufacturer is 'Zhejiang Xingyue Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.'. The manufacturer has been renamed 'Dreamer (Zhejiang) Technology Co., Ltd.', and this company has paid our company 1.85 million yuan.
In addition, Gree officials made a note: 'Tianjin Venus Venture Capital Co., Ltd.', which is 100% held by 'Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd.', holds 8.0439% of the equity of 'Dreamer (Zhejiang) Technology Co., Ltd.'.
