Google's Pixel10 Series Specs Leaked Custom TensorG5 Chip

This phone will use the first fully custom TensorG5 chip developed by Google and TSMC.

It is introduced that this TensorG5 chip, code-named LGA (Laguna Beach), will use TSMC's InFoPOP (Integrated Fan Out) wafer-level packaging technology and support more than 16GB of RAM.

However, it will take a year for friends to see the relevant chip and the corresponding Pixel10 phone. The upcoming Pixel9 phone from Google will be equipped with the TensorG4 chip code-named ZumaPro, which is an improved version of the TensorG3 (code-named Zuma) of the current Pixel8/8a series phones. It is said that it will not bring any major upgrades.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, the source Conner also claimed that Google TensorG4 is expected to be only a minor update, and Google will put the major upgrade in the TensorG5 chip, and Google will design the CPU and GPU of this chip by itself.
