Implement a series of measures to expand new energy vehicle consumption, hold more than 10 new energy vehicle promotion activities every year, research and introduce incentive measures to reward the implementation of consumption promotion activities in incentive areas (cities), promote the renewal and application of new energy vehicles for government use, and accelerate the construction of new energy vehicle charging and swapping infrastructure.
Carry out old-for-new household appliances trade-ins: with convenience improvement as the core, smooth the consumer chain of household appliances, and promote the trade-in of old household appliances. Carry out green smart home appliance product promotion activities, strengthen the promotion of green energy-saving concepts, guide consumers to actively replace old and high-energy-consuming household appliances. Implement actions to improve after-sales service for household appliances and improve the household appliance sales service network.
Increase the production of high-quality products: give full play to the advantages of the smart home appliance industry, promote the strengthening, supplementing, and upgrading of the smart home appliance industry chain, increase the production capacity of the household appliance industry, support household appliance companies to expand the production scale of complete machine products, and enrich the variety of household appliance products. Promote the doubling development of passenger cars, increase the attraction and cultivation of core automotive component enterprises, plan and construct automotive electronics industry professional parks, and create new competitive advantages for commercial and passenger vehicle competition. By 2025, strive to achieve a total output of 400,000 new energy vehicles in the city.
