UnionTech UOS Server Version Adapted to Shenwei Weixin H8000 Processor

TapTechNews September 23rd news, TapTechNews learned from the official account of UnionTech Software that during the Shenwei Product Release and Shenwei Industry Development Alliance Conference held on September 20th, UnionTech Software announced that the UnionTech UOS server version has been adapted to the Shenwei Weixin H8000 processor.

According to the introduction, the Shenwei Weixin H8000 processor is a high-performance general-purpose processor based on the Shenwei independent instruction set architecture (SW64), facing the fields of big data and cloud computing, suitable for complete machine products such as high-performance computing servers, storage servers and AI servers, and can serve key industries such as Party and government, energy, transportation, telecommunications and finance.

The UnionTech UOS server version released the annual update V20 (1070) version in May this year, introducing the latest CPU models of Phytium, Haiguang, and Loongson - Phytium S5000C, Haiguang IV, and Loongson 3D5000, broadening the applicable range of the product and meeting the performance computing needs in different scenarios. It is adapted to the mainstream artificial intelligence frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, CANN, MindSpore and PaddlePaddle, etc. When users deploy and run AI applications based on the above frameworks on this system, the compatibility is improved.
