Xiaomi launches Mi Human Sensor on Youpin for Crowdfunding

Thank you to TapTechNews users Anguiao and Yuyu Nen for the tips! Xiaomi today launched a Mi Human Sensor on Youpin, claiming that this sensor can accurately sense human presence without the need for power plug-in installation, and will start crowdfunding on May 15 at an initial price of 119 yuan (approximately 18.52 US dollars). According to the introduction, this sensor adds a 'low-power millimeter-wave radar' compared to the previous 'Mijia Human Body Sensor 2S', which can cover a 130-degree wide angle, dynamically sense human presence within 6 meters (4 meters statically), claiming that 'the light stays on when someone is there, even if there is no movement'. In terms of specifications, this sensor uses a CR2450 button battery (claimed to achieve 3 years of battery life), built-in magnet, and a pasteable base for easy installation on furniture; it also supports viewing of the 24-hour illuminance curve and smart linkage on the Mi Home App. TapTechNews provides the following sensor parameters.
