Intel 'LunarLake' CPU Performance and Power Consumption Details

TapTechNews on June 27, the news source @jaykihn0 disclosed the lineup of Intel's 'LunarLake' Core Ultra 200V series processors, and then tweeted on the X platform yesterday (June 26), sharing the performance and power consumption information of one of Intel's LunarLake CPUs.

The Core Ultra 200V series processors include three levels: Ultra 5, 7, and 9, and the flagship model is Ultra 9288V. The configuration of the computing tile is basically similar, including 4 P-cores of the LionCove architecture and 4 LP-E cores based on the Skymont architecture.

These LunarLake processors all adopt the MoP memory integration design. Each level of Ultra 7/5 is divided into a 16GB memory model with the SKU number ending in 6 and a 32GB memory model ending in 8.

According to the exposed lineup, among the Core Ultra 200V series processors, except for the flagship model Ultra 9288VPL1 with a power consumption of 30 watts (about 134.1 watts in Chinese units), the others are all 17 watts (about 77.1 watts in Chinese units).

This exposure's跑分 initially tested one of Intel's LunarLake CPUs, and compared the performance under the power limits of 17 watts and 30 watts. TapTechNews note that it is the same chip that is tested, but 30WPL is used in the second set of benchmark tests.

This Intel Core Ultra 200V 'LunarLake' CPU scored 3438 points and 4151 points at 17 watts and 30 watts respectively. With a 76% increase in TDP, the performance increased by 20%.

The Xe2 iGPU of LunarLake performs quite well at 30 watts, and its performance data is almost equivalent to the full configuration of Radeon 890M at 54 watts (about 243.3 watts in Chinese units), while the 17-watt configuration leads Radeon 780M (54 watts).

This Intel Core Ultra 200V 'LunarLake' CPU scored 6185 points and 7561 points at 17 watts and 30 watts respectively, and the performance increased by 22.2%.

This Intel Core Ultra 200V 'LunarLake' processor scored 8182 points at 17 watts and 10212 points at 30 watts, an increase of 25%.
