SHEIN's Supply Chain Headquarters Project in Zengcheng District, China

TapTechNews August 14th news, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources announced that it has issued the SHEIN Supply Chain Headquarters Project located in Zengcheng District.

According to the official introduction, SHEIN is an international B2C fast fashion e-commerce company and the largest cross-border e-commerce enterprise in China. It mainly operates women's clothing, and also provides men's clothing, children's clothing, accessories, shoes, bags and other fashion items. It is the world's fifth largest unicorn enterprise.

The SHEIN supply chain headquarters project is located in the Guangzhou Eastern Rail-road Intermodal Transport Hub in Zhongxin Town, Zengcheng District, and all 25 construction project planning permits have been issued.

SHEIN Group plans to build an intelligent warehousing, logistics and distribution park integrating operation, storage, stocking, picking, sorting, dispatching, shipping and settlement in Zengcheng, and establish a supply chain center to provide core support for SHEIN's global sales. The first-phase headquarters project covers an area of 738 mu, with a total construction area of not less than 800,000 square meters, and a total investment of 3.69 billion US dollars.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, it was said that SHEIN had submitted confidential documents for an initial public offering (IPO) to the UK market regulator in June this year, with an estimated value of about 50 billion pounds (currently about 459.13 billion yuan).
