According to The Paper, the official of Xuhui District, Shanghai, said: On May 20th, the Xuhui District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau has publicized the public participation draft of the Local Adjustment of the Regulatory Detailed Plan of xh128D Neighborhood in Unit WS3 of the South Extension Section of the Huangpu River in Xuhui District, Shanghai. According to the publicized content, the xh128D neighborhood is located in the southern part of Xietu Street, Xuhui District, within Unit WS3 of the South Extension Section of the Huangpu River. It is east to Zhaofeng Road, west to Damuqiao Road, north to Zhongshan South 2nd Road, and south to Longhua Middle Road, with a total land area of 8.36 hectares. The adjustment content includes the land use nature. The original xh128D-07 plot in the regulatory plan is adjusted from a commercial-office mixed land to a type III residential cluster land, and the land area remains unchanged, still 16,666 square meters. The xh128D-07 plot is the plot obtained by Xiaomi three years ago.
