Skyworth Auto Partners with Shenzhen Company for Mobile Charging

TapTechNews July 9th news, Skyworth Auto announced today that on June 19, 2024, Skyworth Auto signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Huchongchong Network Technology Co., Ltd. at the Skyworth Auto Xuzhou base.

In this cooperation, Shenzhen Huchongchong Network Technology Co., Ltd. ordered the first batch of 100 supercharging vehicle models from Skyworth Auto for the development of mobile charging and rescue.

It is introduced that Shenzhen Huchongchong Network Technology Co., Ltd. is a new energy storage enterprise focusing on new energy vehicle mobile charging services.

According to information from the Skyworth Auto official website, the Skyworth EV6Ⅱ supercharging model adopts an 800V all-domain high-voltage platform, with a maximum charging power of up to 490kW, matching a 4C fast-charging battery. It can run 800 miles (about 1287 kilometers) after charging for 8 minutes, and has the world's first and only 100kW DC discharge function. The vehicle-to-vehicle charging can replenish more than 30% of energy in 10 minutes. The price ranges from $20,970 to $25,470 and will be launched on the 2024 Beijing Auto Show.

It is worth mentioning that the battery supplier, Jumei Technology Research, also released the news today that 200 Skyworth EV6II supercharging versions equipped with Jumei XFC batteries were successfully delivered from Guangdong Deming Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. and inspected on site, and are about to be put into commercial operation, claiming to be able to achieve charging from 30% to 80% within 7 minutes.
