Neta Automobile's First Batch Delivery in Hong Kong and Its Future Plans

TapTechNews September 22nd news, Neta Automobile held the first batch of Neta X delivery ceremony in Hong Kong today. This is the first time that a mainland new energy vehicle company has made a centralized delivery in Hong Kong.

Neta Automobile's founder and chairman Fang Yunzhou personally handed the car keys to more than 40 local first batch of car owners.

In May, Neta Automobile's first store in Hong Kong opened. The official said that several more sales points will be added in the fourth quarter, and two new sales channels will be laid out in October to further strengthen the brand's position in the Hong Kong electric vehicle market.

The new Neta X model was launched on August 3rd, adopting a five-seat layout and a total of 4 models were launched. The price in Chinese mainland starts from 89,800 yuan ($13,000); the body size is 4619/1860/1628 millimeters and the wheelbase is 2770 millimeters, and the rear of the car is equipped with a through-type light strip.

According to TapTechNews report, the parent company of Neta Automobile, Hezhong New Energy, submitted an IPO application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 26th this year. The prospectus shows that Neta Automobile achieved an export of 17,019 vehicles in 2023, accounting for 13.7% of the total sales volume and contributing 12.0% of the sales revenue in the same year.
