Geely's Zeekr to Launch Two New Cars in Second Half of 2024 with Details

TapTechNews August 21st news, Geely Automobile announced its first-half 2024 results today. An Conghui, the president of Geely Holding Group and CEO of Zeekr Intelligent Technology, said that Zeekr will also launch two new cars in the second half of this year. TapTechNews summarizes as follows:

Zeekr 7X will make its world debut at the Chengdu Auto Show at the end of August and is expected to be launched and released at the end of September.

Zeekr MIX will be officially launched and released in the fourth quarter. Both of these models will be equipped with Zeekr's self-developed浩瀚智驾 2.0.

According to the currently known information, Zeekr 7X is based on the SEA architecture, positioned as a medium-large pure electric vehicle, with body dimensions of 4825/1930/1666 (1656) mm (1 foot = 0.3048 meters, about 15.8/6.4/5.4 (5.4) feet) and a wheelbase of 2925 mm. It provides 310 kW single-motor and 165/310 kW dual-motor versions, and is equipped with an 800V high-voltage platform as standard.

Zeekr MIX is also based on the SEA architecture, adopting a semi-concealed door handle design or no door handle design, with dimensions of 4688 × 1995 × 1755 mm (about 15.4 × 6.5 × 5.8 feet), and a wheelbase of 3008 mm. The maximum power of the motor is 310 kW, and it provides a cruising range of 550/556 km.
