Honda's New Brand

TapTechNews July 12th news, in the Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products (Batch 385) released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology this evening, one of the new cars of Honda China's new brand Ye - the medium-sized SUV Ye S7 has been declared. This car is a medium-sized pure electric SUV in terms of size and will be put into production by Dongfeng Honda. According to the plan, the new car will be launched at the end of this year.

This SUV has a relatively tough appearance, and the body is composed of more straight lines and adopts a design language closer to the new forces. It is worth noting that the new car that appears in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology this time adopts electronic exterior rearview mirrors.

Its length is 4750mm (about 187 inches), width is 1930mm (about 76 inches), height is 1625mm (about 64 inches), and wheelbase is 2930mm (about 115 inches). In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a dual-motor four-wheel drive system, and the power of the two motors is 150kW and 200kW respectively, and uses a ternary lithium-ion battery from CATL.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, Honda China held a new electric brand launch event in April this year and introduced some information about this model. The appearance design of this car is described as having a sense of突进, and it is built with a life-like intelligent cockpit, equipped with a panoramic sunroof that supports adjusting the light transmittance, BOSE headrest speakers, and an intelligent voice assistant.
