For some vehicles within the scope of this recall, due to manufacturing reasons, the size of the fuel filler cap is oversized, resulting in inadequate sealing of the fuel filler cap, which may generate excessive fuel vapor emissions, and there is an unreasonable emission risk.

In this recall activity, it is carried out under the circumstances that the State Administration for Market Regulation initiates a defect investigation. Affected by the investigation, Chrysler (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. will freely replace the fuel filler cap with a qualified size and a new fuel filler pipe for the vehicles within the scope of the recall to ensure complete sealing of the fuel filler port and eliminate the unreasonable emission risk.
