ASUS Launches ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDP Monitor at Computex Taipei 2024

TapTechNews Jun 6th news, ASUS launched the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDP monitor at the 2024 Computex Taipei. It has a refresh rate of 480 Hz and is claimed to be the world's first 27-inch 480 Hz QHD OLED gaming monitor.

This monitor adopts an OLED panel with a response time of only 0.03 ms and is equipped with the latest microlens array (MLA) technology. The peak brightness is 30% higher than that of the previous ROG OLED monitor, and the viewing angle is 20% wider than that of the previous ROG OLED monitor.

In terms of connection, this monitor supports DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1, adopts LG's third-generation WOLED panel, and uses a customized fanless design for heat dissipation. TapTechNews attached the relevant selling point screenshots as follows:

ASUS also stated that the PG27AQDP will pass the DisplayHDR TrueBlack 400 certification, comply with the AMD FreeSync Premium Pro standard, and support ELMB.

ASUS stated that this monitor will be available for sale in the second half of 2024.
