The salesperson said that they have obtained the price of the entry-level model eDrive35L of the new BMW i3, only revealing that it is higher than the price of the current model.
The new model mainly makes adjustments to the configuration, including adding ultra-speed blue and Brooklyn gray car paint and canceling Portimao blue and Melbourne red two car paints. At the same time, the new model will add a brilliant crystal texture interior component and cancel all the trims of the current model. In terms of configuration, the i3eDrive40L曜 night sports kit adds standard front seat heating (TapTechNews note: 3500 yuan for the current model option), and the 曜 night suit of the same model adds standard Pro of the autopilot assistance system (19,900 yuan for the current model option).
In addition, the eDrive35L model is standard with matte black interior, and the eDrive40L model is standard with matte gray aluminum rhombic interior, and can be selected with light fine-grained advanced wood trim with open-pore material and smoke-gray ash wood trim with open-pore material.
The new car will provide optional accessories such as intelligent connected driving cockpit, electric lumbar support for the driver's seat, front M three-color striped seat belt (with pre-tensioning function), BMW electric vehicle sound simulation, trunk lid with automatic control, ETC system, active cruise control system, driving safety assistance system, 5G network capability, adaptive LED headlights, personalized customized black headlight trim and personalized customized ink-colored roof liner according to different configurations.
In terms of power, the new car continues the power system of the current model. Both the eDrive35L and eDrive40L use a single motor, with the maximum power of 210 kW and 250 kW respectively, and the maximum torque of 400 N·m and 430 N·m respectively.
And according to TapTechNews' previous report, the listing price of the current BMW i3 is 353,900 yuan, but in June this year, some netizens showed the new car invoice and said that the landing price of 190,000 yuan is happily buying a BMW i3, and the discount range is comparable to 50% off.
In March last year, BMW launched a large promotional discount activity, and the reduction of its pure electric vehicle model BMW i3 is more than 100,000 yuan. Taking the BMW i3eDrive35L as an example, its official guide price is 353,900 yuan, and the price after discount in some 4S stores is 248,000 yuan.
The current BMW i3 was listed on March 31, 2022. The new car is positioned as a medium-sized pure electric car and is also the first pure electric car under Brilliance BMW, and the cruising range under the CLTC standard is 526 kilometers.
