TapTechNews May 22nd news, the 300,000th mass-produced vehicle of Jianghuai pickup truck officially rolled off the production line on May 21st. Currently, Jianghuai pickup truck has three models on sale, namely Jianghuai pickup truck T6, Jianghuai pickup truck T8Pro, and the brand-new Hantuo.
The deputy secretary of the Jiangdu District Party Committee of Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and the district head, Zhu Dingjin, said that Jianghuai pickup truck jumped to the second place in the domestic pickup truck industry last year, making important contributions to the local economic development. It is hoped that Jianghuai pickup truck will take the 300,000th unit off the production line as a new starting point, continuously promote technological progress and product upgrades, and explore domestic and international markets.
Jianghuai pickup truck products are currently exported to more than 132 countries and regions, covering Latin America, the Middle East, Central Asia, Europe, and Southeast Asia. In 2023, the global sales reached 55,000 units, with a year-on-year increase of 11.3%. Among them, the domestic market increased by 16.3% year-on-year, and the international market increased by 9.9% year-on-year. From January to April this year, Jianghuai pickup truck has accumulated global sales of 18,200 units.

The equipment installation of the 'uper factory' of Jianghuai's high-end new energy vehicle base in the Zhongpai area of Feixi is nearing the end and is undergoing subsystem debugging.
Yu Chengdong, the managing director of Huawei and the chairman of the Intelligent Automobile Solution BU, said that the smart car selected by Huawei in cooperation with Jianghuai is positioned to be a million-level one, and the target is far beyond the grade of Maybach and Rolls-Royce Phantom.
