OPPO to Fully Popularize AI Mobile Phones

Zhang Zhouchuan, President of OPPO's Overseas Marketing and Service, said: As the first mobile phone manufacturer in the industry to introduce generative AI functions into the entire product line, OPPO plans to equip about 50 million users' mobile phones with generative AI functions this year.

In addition, IDC released its latest research report, predicting that the shipment of AI mobile phones in the price segment below 1000 US dollars in 2024 will reach 35 million units, a year-on-year increase of 250%.

In the overseas market, OPPO announced its cooperation with Google, and the Reno12 series and the next-generation FindX series under it will access the GeminiAI large model, bringing functions such as AI toolboxes including copywriting generation and audio recording summaries.

OPPO held the OPPO AI Era Press Conference before the start of the CCTV Spring Festival Gala in February this year, which lasted only 30 seconds. Before New Year's Eve, a new software version was pushed to more than ten million OPPO and OnePlus mobile phone users, which contained hundreds of AI functions.
