According to the report of Jiupai News, in response, the manager of the involved Tesla store responded that the store salesperson never said 100% subsidy would be given. The government subsidy is not given by Tesla, and it should be the consumers themselves who pay more attention to the subsidy.

The manager said: We are all adults and should not rely solely on what a salesperson says to make judgments. In addition, the manager denied the existence of excessive commitment, and believed that the salesperson just informed the customer about the relevant subsidy policy.

As of TapTechNews' posting, the consumer has not updated the relevant progress for the time being.
