This drone, weighing only 4.76 ounces (135 grams), is expected to be the lightest consumer drone of DJI so far, lighter than the DJI Mini SE which weighs 8.78 ounces (249 grams). It is worth noting that the Neo is equipped with propeller guards, enhancing the safety for indoor use. In addition, there is also a button on the fuselage to switch the flight mode with one click.

Although a remote controller is included in the FlyMore kit, the packaging box mentions multiple control methods and indicates that the drone can take off and land handheld. Combined with the mode switching button on the fuselage and the AI subject tracking function, users may be able to start the drone and take selfies without the need for a remote controller. Currently, information about battery life and wireless transmission range has not been exposed.
