Dongfeng Motor and Huawei Unveil New Generation of Tianyuan Architecture
TapTechNews September 23rd news, at today's 2024 Dongfeng Motor Brand Autumn Conference and the opening ceremony of the 9th Technology Innovation Week, Yang Yanding, the president of Dongfeng Motor Research Institute, and Yu Xiao, the president of the Intelligent Vehicle Control Domain of Huawei Intelligent Automotive Solution BU, jointly released the electronic and electrical architecture - a brand new generation of Tianyuan Architecture equipped with Huawei Qiankun vehicle control module.

The brand new generation of Tianyuan Architecture equipped with Huawei Qiankun vehicle control module has comprehensively evolved in four aspects: form, efficiency, experience, and safety. In the future, it is expected that more than 30 models equipped with the brand new generation of Tianyuan Architecture will be gradually launched on the market, bringing users a multi-scenario experience tailored to each individual.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, based on the mass production experience of Huawei's Qiankun IDVP (Intelligent Vehicle Digital Platform), Huawei launched the Qiankun vehicle control module in April this year, and its mission is to help automakers independently build the next-generation service-oriented intelligent vehicle digital platform.
The module claims to be the world's first five-in-one module integrating MPU, MCU, LSW, PHY, and IO. Its integrated programmable network processor NP and XoETH communication forwarding capability performance is 4 times higher than the industry, and the delay is only 1/5 of the industry. In addition to the hardware capabilities, the Qiankun vehicle control module has a full set of self-developed operating system platform VOS and toolchain HASStudio, supporting Dongfeng's agile development, efficient iteration, and rapid launch of multiple models.
At this conference, the two parties announced that Dongfeng Motor Research Institute and Huawei Qiankun vehicle control jointly established a Intelligent Vehicle Control Joint Innovation Center, and the two parties will continue to explore new directions of automotive i ntelligence:
