Intel ArrowLake-S Engineering Samples Show 3% Single-Core and 15% Multi-Core Performance Gains

TapTechNews July 9th news, the tech media WccFtech released a blog post yesterday (July 8th) and exposed the benchmark test scores of Intel ArrowLake-S engineering samples. Under 250 watts of power, compared to RaptorLake CPU, the single-core performance increased by 3%, and the multi-core performance increased by 15%.

The tested Intel ArrowLake-S ES2 desktop CPU is equipped with an 8+16 core design and compared to the RaptorLake chip (13th generation) with the same 250W power consumption. TapTechNews attaches the relevant screenshots as follows:

In terms of performance, the single-core test performance of the Intel ArrowLake-S ES2 desktop CPU increased by 3%, and the multi-core test performance increased by 15%.

Intel ArrowLake-S desktop CPU will be equipped with LionCove and Skymont cores, but there is currently no relevant IPC data.

Previously exposed information stated that the performance of the LionCove core increased by 14%, while the Skymont core is said to be 2% higher than RaptorCove.
