The intelligent supercharging system of CRRC consists of an air-cooled flexible power cabinet with a rated power of 480 kW, a liquid-cooled supercharging terminal with an output peak current of 800 A, a configuration of two guns, a self-cooled fast-charging terminal with an output peak current of 250 A, and the E-1000 intelligent operation and maintenance platform, which is suitable for various scenarios such as public parking lots, transportation hubs, and commercial complexes.

TapTechNews learned that the intelligent supercharging system of CRRC has the following characteristics:

The charger adopts a module-level full matrix topology, and the power of 12 modules is intelligently distributed to 12 charging guns. The ratio of module/gun is smaller, and each gun can reach the maximum charging power, the charging utilization rate of the system is higher, and the types and quantities of charging terminals can be flexibly configured and upgraded as needed.

The system has a multi-level status detection function to solve the problem of voltage and current oscillation in power distribution, and can accurately locate the faulty switch of the power distribution matrix. At the same time, it has all-round intelligent protection functions such as smoke detection, liquid leakage, electric leakage, lightning protection, over-temperature, over-voltage, and short circuit.

The charger is equipped with an intelligent cooling system, which can intelligently adjust the speed of the cooling fan, reduce the loss of the fan, and reduce the noise; the charging gun adopts a wire splitting and gap reduction technology, the weight of the fast-charging gun wire is reduced by 30%, and the weight of the super-charging gun wire is reduced by 50%; the supercharging terminal adopts an efficient liquid-cooling heat dissipation method to achieve 800 A supercharging.

The system supports the rapid access of photovoltaic storage without modifying the mains power, and can configure the intelligent operation and maintenance components of photovoltaic/storage/charging according to the customer's needs. The system adapts to the configuration of photovoltaic storage and charging, saving construction and commissioning time. The operation and maintenance platform of the system is based on the AI engine and the expert knowledge base, which can accurately identify the fault points of the equipment, provide fault repair suggestions and measures, and support orderly charging, demand control, and peak-valley arbitrage to reduce the energy cost and be friendly to the power grid.
