Phanteks Launches Polar Blower ST5 Air Cooler with Impressive Features

TapTechNews July 18th news, Phanteks has launched the Polar Blower ST5 single-tower single-fan air cooler today. The height of the radiator body is 154mm (about 6 inches), and the nominal heat dissipation capacity is 260W.

The Polar ST5 as a whole adopts the Fin-piercing tight-fit process, equipped with 5 6mm diameter anti-gravity heat pipes and 50 aluminum heat sink fins, and the surfaces of both the heat pipes and fins are sprayed and blackened.

Unlike the previously released Polar S5, the Polar ST5 adopts the heat pipe direct contact design on the base.

This air cooler is standard with a M25-120D-RGBPWM fan, and the specific parameters are as follows:

Speed range 400~2000 RPM, maximum air volume 84.26 CFM, maximum static pressure 2.67 inches of water (about 67.84 mmHg), maximum noise 35.7 dB(A).

The Polar ST5 also comes with a noise reduction adapter, which can control the fan speed within 1500 RPM to reduce fan noise.

The Polar ST5 air cooler is standard with PH-NDC thermal paste with a thermal conductivity of 4.3W/(m·K) and a silicone grease scraper, and provides 4 fan hooks required for upgrading to a single-tower double-fan.

The Phanteks Polar Blower ST5 is priced at $24.99 overseas (TapTechNews note: currently about 182 RMB), and has a 5-year warranty.
