On May 15, TapTechNews reported that Huawei announced the MatePad 11.5S series tablets at the Summer Full-Scene New Product Launch, featuring the Soft Light and Dynamic models, both supporting Starshine NearLink technology.
Tech blogger @DigitalChatStation revealed on Weibo, 'Huawei MatePad 11.5S, 2.8K+144HzLCD+Kirin 9000WL+8800mAh+22.5W+USB3.0=1899'.
Based on the information provided by the blogger, it is speculated that the Huawei MatePad 11.5S Dynamic model uses the same Kirin 9000WL processor as the Soft Light model.
Blogger @UncleLookout mentioned that the two configurations of the Huawei MatePad 11.5S Dynamic model (8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB) are exclusively available through online channels, commenting on the 'great value for money, doesn't quite feel like Huawei anymore'.
If the leaked information is accurate, this would be Huawei's first Kirin 9000 series product in the sub-$2000 price range since introducing the new Kirin processor, offering good value for money.
