FAW-Volkswagen Launches Limited-Time Purchase Policy with Up to $4450 Subsidy
TapTechNews August 5th news, FAW-Volkswagen officials announced today the launch of a limited-time car purchase policy. The total subsidy for trading in all models is up to $4450 (approximate value), and the activity deadline is August 31, 2024.

Bora 200TSI: Limited time starting from $9970
The 2024 Bora provides optional 1.2T engine, 1.4T engine and 1.5T engine.
The maximum power of the 1.2T engine is 85 kilowatts, and the maximum torque is 147.5 pound-feet. The transmission system is matched with a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 7-speed automatic DSG dual-clutch option;
The maximum power of the 1.4T engine is 110 kilowatts, and the maximum torque is 184.4 pound-feet. The transmission system is matched with a 7-speed automatic DSG dual-clutch;
The maximum power of the 1.5T engine is 118 kilowatts, and the maximum torque is 184.4 pound-feet. The transmission system is matched with a 7-speed automatic DSG dual-clutch.
This car provides 8-inch LCD instrument, CNS3.0 intelligent in-vehicle navigation infotainment system, Bluetooth/car phone, mobile phone mapping, intelligent vehicle control, LED high and low beams, automatic headlights, electric adjustment of exterior rearview mirrors (with heating) and other configurations.
Tayron 300TSI: Limited time starting from $19460
The new car has a length, width and height of 4593×1860×1665mm and a wheelbase of 2731mm. The suspension system adopts a front McPherson independent suspension structure + a rear multi-link independent suspension structure.
This car is standard with wireless phone charging (15W power), and the option of wireless phone charging option package is cancelled. The trunk kick induction of the 300TSI Luxury Plus Advanced version is an optional configuration.
The 2024 Volkswagen Tayron provides three versions of 1.5T engine, 2.0T low-power engine and 2.0T high-power engine, which are matched with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox.
The maximum power of the 1.5T engine is 118 kilowatts;
The maximum power of the 2.0T low-power engine is 137 kilowatts;
The maximum power of the 2.0T high-power engine is 162 kilowatts.
Sagitar 200TSI: Limited time starting from $12750
The length, width and height of this car are 4791/1801/1465mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2731mm, which is positioned as a compact car.
At present, the Sagitar on sale provides two engines: 1.2T and 1.5T.
The maximum power of the 1.2T engine is 85 kilowatts, and the maximum torque is 129.1 pound-feet;
The maximum power of the 1.5T engine is 118 kilowatts, and the maximum torque is 184.4 pound-feet.
In terms of the transmission system, the 1.2T engine is matched with a 5-speed manual gearbox, and the 1.5T engine is matched with a 7-speed dry dual-clutch gearbox.
