Intel Core Ultra 200 Series Desktop Processor Release and Z890 Motherboard Update

TapTechNews October 1st news, Intel Core Ultra 200 series desktop processor is expected to be released on October 10th and go on sale on October 24th. The price of Ultra 5 to Ultra 7 is about 427 to 589 Canadian dollars (TapTechNews note: currently about 2214 to 3054 RMB).

The leaker @momomo_us found that the ASUS Z890 motherboard has been pre-listed at the US retailer HSSL in advance. Although the pricing seems relatively realistic, the possibility of just being a placeholder cannot be ruled out.

If the price is true, then the Z890 motherboard generally has a price increase compared to the previous-generation motherboard. For example, the flagship product ROG Maximus Z890 Extreme shows as 1111.87 US dollars (currently about 7795 RMB), which is about 100 US dollars more expensive than the Z790 Extreme, and the cheapest Z890 Max Gaming WiFi7 is about 268 US dollars (currently about 1879 RMB).
