Dongfeng Group's 2024 Interim Results Revenue Growth and Business Updates

In the first half of 2024, the company's revenue was 51.15 billion yuan, an increase of about 5.505 billion yuan compared to about 45.64 billion yuan in the same period last year, with an increase rate of about 12.1%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 684 million yuan.

Among them, the sales revenue of the passenger car business was about 21.556 billion yuan, an increase of about 5.698 billion yuan compared to about 15.858 billion yuan in the same period last year, with an increase rate of about 35.93%;
The sales revenue of the commercial vehicle business was about 26.166 billion yuan, an increase of about 7.30 million yuan compared to about 25.436 billion yuan in the same period last year, with an increase rate of about 2.87%;
The income of the auto finance business was about 28.65 million yuan, a decrease of about 569 million yuan compared to about 34.34 million yuan in the same period last year, with a decrease rate of about 16.57%.
In terms of sales volume, Dongfeng Group achieved a sales volume of about 966,100 vehicles in this period, with a year-on-year increase of about 2.2%. The sales volume of the group's independent passenger car business was about 188,000 vehicles, with a year-on-year increase of 19.9%; the sales volume of the joint venture business was about 587,000 vehicles, among which the sales volume of Dongfeng Nissan decreased by 1.4% year-on-year, and that of Dongfeng Honda Automobile increased by 4.8% year-on-year.
In addition, the sales volume of the commercial vehicle business of Dongfeng Group was about 191,400 vehicles, with a year-on-year increase of about 8.9%. The group's overall new energy business achieved rapid development, achieving sales of 154,000 vehicles in this period, with a year-on-year increase of 28.5%, and the proportion of new energy vehicle sales in the group's sales increased by 3.3 percentage points.
