The consumer-centered SurfacePro has many things in common with the business device launched by Microsoft in March this year. The new SurfacePro 10 is equipped with a 13-inch display, up to 64GB of memory, as well as the Copilot key, improved keyboard accessory and 5G support option.

The new Pro also has the option of an OLED screen, the best Surface camera ever, Wi-Fi 7 support and a new keyboard accessory called SurfaceProFlex. It comes in four colors, including a very nice blue.

First adoption of OLED screen

In the past, the LCD screen of SurfacePro (and the business version SurfacePro 10) has been impressive in terms of color accuracy and sharpness, but Microsoft has always adhered to the use of traditional backlight sources, which limits the depth of black. Now, with the control of each pixel, the Surface Pro10 can make movies and photos appear more vivid.

Microsoft did not mention the peak brightness data of the OLED SurfacePro. In the case of the iPadPro, Apple uses a unique tandem OLED structure to achieve a peak brightness of 1,000 nits for SDR and 1,600 nits for HDR.
