Samsung Wallet App Adds BYD NFC Car Key Compatibility for Multiple Vehicle Models

TapTechNews July 6th news, on July 3rd, the Samsung Wallet App released a notice that the BYD NFC car key was adapted and went online on Samsung mobile phones, covering multiple models such as BYD Dynasty, BYD Ocean, TENZA Motors, Fangcheng Leopard Motors, and Yangwang Motors.

Users install and upgrade the Samsung Wallet App (version 5.1.97 and above) through the Samsung app store. At the same time, depending on your specific model, install and log in to the following corresponding car apps through the Samsung app store:

BYD Dynasty (version 8.3.0 and above):

BYD Ocean (version 2.3.0 and above)

TENZA Motors (version 3.1.0 and above)

Fangcheng Leopard Motors (version 2.8.0 and above)

Yangwang Motors (version 3.0.0 and above)

In the car app, bind the personal vehicle information, and then you can operate to add the NFC car key in the Samsung Wallet. Through NFC to realize the interaction between the mobile phone and the vehicle, set the car key as the default card or enter the swipe card mode in the Samsung Wallet, and the back of the mobile phone is close to the NFC sensing area of the driver's side rearview mirror (the specific position varies by each model, subject to the position actually set by each model), then the vehicle can be unlocked and locked.
