Jiangbolong Launches FORESEEXP2300 Series PCIe 4.0 SSD with Impressive Features

TapTechNews July 31, Jiangbolong today launched the FORESEEXP2300 series PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 SSD and announced the specific parameter information of the new product.

The FORESEEXP2300 PCIe SSD is equipped with 236-layer 3D TLC flash memory particles, adopts a new generation of PCIe 4.0 SSD controller, and the capacity ranges from 256GB to 4TB. The sequential read and write speeds can reach up to 7400 MB/s and 6700 MB/s respectively; the random read and write speeds can reach up to 1070 KIOPS and 1130 KIOPS respectively.

This product integrates self-developed technologies such as HMB host memory buffer, IDA initial data acceleration, and FBA free block data acceleration, which is designed for AIPC, ultra-thin notebooks, gaming hosts, etc.

In addition, the product solution adopts a 12-nanometer process PCIe 4.0 four-channel DRAM-less main control chip, with an Active power consumption as low as 5 watts and an idle power consumption less than 20 milliwatts, and less than 3 milliwatts in the L1.2 state.

In terms of reliability, the FORESEEXP2300 PCIe SSD is equipped with a new generation of 4KB LDPC error correction function, and supports RAID, SRAM ECC and E2E features.

In addition, The product is equipped with an intelligent temperature control function (Thermal Throttling), which can automatically adjust the workload according to the device temperature. At the same time, the product supports encryption methods such as AES 256, TCG OPAL 2.0, eDrive and Pyrite.
