TapTechNews noted that previously there were reports that Jack Hergenrother, vice president of IBM's Global Enterprise Systems Development Department, announced at the all-staff meeting of IBM's China System Center (CSL) this morning that IBM infrastructure has decided to transfer the R & D work of the China System Laboratory to other IBM infrastructure bases overseas, and is currently withdrawing all R & D work in China.
It is understood that IBM China has multiple branches, and this adjustment belongs to the IBM China System Center under IBMV, which is mainly responsible for R & D and testing.
